Jason Pritzker has been a member of our Board of Directors since March 2014. Since 2018, Mr. Pritzker has served as a Managing Director, and since 2021 he has served as Vice Chairman, of The Pritzker Organization, LLC, the principal financial and investment advisor to certain Pritzker family business interests, where he focuses on partnering with, and investing in, best-in-class management teams across diverse industries and at all points in a company’s life cycle. Mr. Pritzker is Executive Chairman of TMS International and serves as a Director of Lithko Contracting LLC and Omni Logistics. Mr. Pritzker previously worked for The Marmon Group and as an analyst for Goldman, Sachs & Co.


Mr. Pritzker is the son of Mr. Thomas J. Pritzker, our Executive Chairman.
